Polynesian Steak Teriyaki
2 lbs flank steak trimmed and cut into strips - cut against the grain
Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsps. molasses
2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion power
Mix together and marinate the steak strips for at least 8 hours
Set your broiler on high and cook 4-5 minutes on each side on the top rack.
Keep an eye on it so they don’t burn.
If you are going to use wooden skewers be sure to soak them in water first.
