Which is changing the question, of course.
The issue is whether someone consents/sees it as assault or not. That's dependent on the person in question's view, of course.
For some of you, apparently women are not very interested in you sexually.
For some people, women will basically throw themselves at those folks, and would certainly see it as positive that that person kissed them out of the blue. That tends to be far more often the case when a man is famous and/or has a lot of money.
