Agreed. There's plenty of stuff pointing at him doing it for possibly very short term GOP gains. And we don't KNOW that pressure led to his poor decision. That's something you keep clinging to.

At this time there is no FBI criminal probe or criminal investigation. Clinton shouldn't take responsibility for anything until the FBI comes forth and discloses that they actually found something incriminating in the new emails.

This reeks of guilty until proven innocent. What if she loses the election and afterwards the FBI comes out and admits they found nothing. Remember you can't be cleared of something until after you've actually been charged of something. The first investigation is closed. As of today there's no criminal investigation open.
So again, the only logical conclusion he did what he did (and is getting roundly criticized for) is to help the GOP in the homestretch of the election.
