1. Like Frown said, we don't have a vaccine for AIDS, so it's a moot point.
2. AIDS has certainly managed to spread to a terrifying degree, but never to the extent that diseases that didn't require sexual transmission, such as smallpox and malaria did in the past.
3. If there was a vaccine but still no cure for AIDS then I'd want to chuck anyone under a bus who didn't take it or give it to their children.
