I personally base it all on album length. Because a 40 minute album us a 40 minute album, regardless of how many tracks are in it or how long they are (that's just an example)
tbh the long one you did listen was two tracks but they had some of the same/similar riffs so I smashed them together. The last one I tried to make as epic as possible, so there's a gnar buildup that I milked for a while to build the anxiety.
