This reminds me so much of 2000. Of the nearly 3,000,000 people who voted for Ralph Nader that year the vast majority, when asked during exit polls, said they would have voted for Gore if Nader wasn't running. Bet it's the same this year with Johnson and Clinton.
It's no coincidence that Gore won the popular vote in 2000 and Clinton is going to win it this year. It's also no coincidence that Nader didn't win a single electoral vote and the same goes for Johnson.
Kinda ****ed up if you think about it.
