Eh, I don't agree that anything yet stated constitutes crappy treatment, so much as "aspects of a job that you don't like", and for any job you could do those things will be present.

I'm not saying neither of you is right to leave if you're truly unhappy, merely that there are ways to handle these sorts of situations professionally and that it's important to examine one's own behaviour critically.

God knows I recently left an employer for similar reasons so I'm not advocating the "suck it up" approach, but I definitely had to weigh the severity of my unhappiness against the responsibility I owed to my employer as part of our social contract and come up with an exit strategy that respected her needs as well as mine.
