But dumbasses with college degrees are still educated though. That's the point. The word "uneducated" when used by political scientists and journalists means that they didn't go to college. It's kind of like how the unemployment rate is based off of how many people are unemployed and looking for work, not just people without jobs. Context is important as ****.
