Thing is, she left with our older dog (also Great Pyranees, male) and he returned last night at feeding time, without her. He wouldn't normally do that because he's in-tact and she's pretty much his girl (he also helped "train" her when she was a puppy)... I already contacted all the local animal controls. Which pretty much means she's either dead (possibly injured) or someone has taken her, either because she's valuable (especially around here), or because someone found her and assumed she belonged to a family who has recently put out a substantial reward for their own missing great Pyranees.
