Probably already been brought up here, but "HUSH" on Netflix.

Take Misery, Green Room, Wait Until Dark, and Halloween. Put them in a blender and have the results exceed all expectations and you'll get this flick.

You don't need CGI, jump scares, excessive gore, or ridiculous premises to create absolute suspense/horror/terror. This flick proves it.

Note: About 90% of the movie happens at night with lots of darkness so don't watch it unless you are in a dark room.

Spoiler for Spoiler:
Hot damn I loved this movie. What a cool premise. Having those scenes where the movie echoes her deafness completely work and adds to the suspense. Same goes for her inner voice and how she can envision potential endings.

5 stars all the way baby!
