Their 1996 album
Through Silver in Blood is widely considered a seminal classic for sludge metal and a progenitor to what would later be called post-metal (bands like ISIS, Cult of Luna, etc.) and is a great starting point. Their followup album,
Times of Grace (1999) was a worthy successor, but for whatever reason
A Sun That Never Sets (2001) has always been my favorite by them. Their next few never really captured that same energy, but were still pretty decent.
Fire Within Fires (2016) is a very lean album by them, with only 5 tracks and a 40 min playtime, which I think actually suits the band quite nicely as there are no lengthy gaps devoid of music.
