Yeah BS degrees are the new mandatory requirement instead of HS Diploma but certain jobs are really looking for MAs.

I was going to mention this. My mother had a BS in Criminal Justice but ended up working as a social worker. One of her co-workers had a BA in Nutrition and was working at the same place. A men's shelter as a case worker.
