I was given the "X-Rated Hits" album a long time ago by an extremely racist acquaintance. I listened to most of it, and promptly deleted it. Perpetrating racism through any medium is something that will always offend me. It really has no place in my life. It'll probably always be there, but I won't put any energy into passing it down the line by any means, especially when it's put in a spotlight cloaked as entertainment.

I didn't see anything in that to make me think Coe believes anything in those songs. It just sounds like you're a simple, unnuanced plebe who decides to be offended when you can't comprehend whether or not you actually should be. I don't even really find David Allen Coe particularly funny btw, I just think you're goofy.
