I can agree that the vocalist is hardly groundbreaking. I view his role as an additional percussion instrument - emphasizing the 'brutality' of it all.

And hell yeah, Anata is fantastic. That's a cool record. I think I still prefer Dreams of Death and Dismay overall though.
