True. Often not worth it though. Unless the food is like.. Roast duck with shrimp & grits or something. (Better just to quickly smuggle all the free breadsticks into your sweater and run) Restaurant dates are honestly the worst. I mean, you have food in your mouth half the time. Not the ideal way to get to know a person.
Best date: Eating pizza on a rooftop (bonus points if it's in an abandoned farm and there's mosquitoes and snakes everywhere) while bonding over things you both hate.
