I'm averaging about 30 miles per week, and I'm trying to slowly increase this number.
My town is uber-flat, but I have some nice trails about 30 minutes away in Brown County State Park. I try to get out there at least once a week. If I could, all of my miles would be on the trails (hoping to make that real in 2017 by moving west).
I plan on running my first road marathon and then probably a trail 50K at some point this year. I know of a trail race 5/13, but I'm not sure I'll be quite ready for the distance by then.
I post all of my runs to Strava.
I know at least bob runs too. Who else?

That's great! Keep up the hard work.
I workout five times a week, and I do some sort of cardio (typically running) after each workout. Lately it's been about a mile to two miles of hard running per workout. After that I switch to a quick, but gruesome ab workout. Lately I've been running on the treadmill at the gym, but once summer kicks in full swing, I'll switch to outside. ****, it honestly already feels like summer to be honest.
