Music Banter - View Single Post - Help identifying music video! Late 90s/early 00s R&B

Hi all,

Really random question but my friend and I were talking about music videos we loved as kids and we both remember one which was r&b from the late 90s/early 00s which we cannot remember the name of or find online. The was female (I thought it might be Brandy or Monica but I couldn't find it when I searched these artists) and the video was a lavish, 18th century style ball. I thought the title of the song was 'Money' or something similar but came up with nothing when I tried searching.

I'm sure it's a really well known video and artist but we just cannot remember who and it's driving me and my friend insane so if anyone knows it, you'll be saving me and my friend from going slowly crazy trying to find it!
