It's probably more racey than racist. But it could be slightly racist cause if he said that to a white woman she would get insulted and smack him in the face. But here in the video she be acting like she aint paying him no mind. Maybe it is slightly racist by playing into a stereotype. Cause he sure be singing like he wants to play in her stereotype.

Even though it's not PC by today standards, I guess this song was intended to heal the division between the races by letting you know up front what not to call the other person.
