I sure did. I thought it was interesting that the law was
only about HIV, not applicable to any other comunicable diseases, and was passed during the HIV hysteria of the 80s. I also thought it was interesting that most people sent to prison due to it were the result of solicitation of prostitution stings where no sex ever occurred. Those struck as things that would really jump out at a person with strong small government beliefs so I was surprised that you didn't mention them.
