Looking at the legislation itself and it seems like enforcement of judicial warrants by ICE is still allowed. That's good, it wasn't in there when they proposed the bill.
Another thing about this bill is this clause

And that's totally a constitutional issue that has precedent.
Immigration is a federal issue. You bet your ass this is going to the Supreme Court.
