Talk about the bigotry of low expectations. Unless you know how many and which crimes are ignored or for whatever reason go unprosecuted that's actually a racist assumption. Just one of many factors to consider is the privacy provided by large middle class homes. There's the police following up, the police initially suspecting something, the likelihood the crime will even be reported.
The way you tie a non-factor like pigmentation into it like religion which is a ****ing belief system is unbelievable. For Christ's sake, belief influences behavior. Race does not influence behavior.
