Meh. It's not atrocious, but the only reason it got so popular is A.) Guitar Hero, B.) it's their ultimate stereotype song for power metal plebs, and C.) that album just so happened to come out when DragonForce's hype was reaching its highest point.
This song is actually pretty decent. It's not as obnoxious as a lot of their other **** and has at least a little personality. You could almost imagine that they know how to write songs.
And this is more or less the first archetype for that one song they always write ten times and then call it an album, but it's actually got a bit of edge to it (as far as power metal ever has edge) and doesn't have that soulless polish that helps to ruin so much of their ****.
And there you go. Two DragonForce songs I kinda like.
