The albums I put on my list are very metal driven. Their latest two albums have delved into this goth avant garde post punk sort of mixture that I love but didn't obviously put on my list. They're also a Brooklyn band that I see every chance I get. They don't draw a huge crowd anymore so it's usually a small few of us and they're always down to talk after the shows. Great guys. Their inclusion on my list is both driven by the fact that I love their albums and do think they're a metal band on certain albums but also because they're one of my local bands so I haven't a personal connection with their music.

Don't mean to nitpick, but surely you mean you
have got a personal connection with their music?
