The first one is when I type in Gary Moore as artist (as an example)

Then I go to one of his albums (in this case, Bad For You Baby) All I get is Shuffle, as you can see.

Rack up an Iron Maiden then, as below, you can see I've circled where it only allow me to use shuffle and if I try to switch it off I get

If anyone can help on this it would be appreciated. That sdk may be the answer, Dylstew, but I'd like to think this could be sorted without resorting to cracked codes.

Can you go into settings, then account. It will tell you what your subscription type is. I literally had this problem today as well and I realized it was because I was logging into Spotify using the email address associated with the account and not my username. When I logged in with my username I could see that I had a premium account.

If you can verify that you do have the premium account, just click on the first song of the album you want to listen to and it will play the album in order.
