A modern, second cousin of sorts to David Lynch's work with dream pop queen Julee Cruise. Lots of Mazzy Starisms and some Cocteau Twin touches, but very much its own thing. Just fantastic really.
Jane Weaver - Modern Kosmology (2017)
A great followup to her last psychedelic pop / rock opus a few years ago (The Silver Globe). Pretty much perfect for what it is, especially for fans of the late 60's L.A. sound.
Zeta - Zeta (2017)
Massive synthwave / synth-pop project led by Daniel Tompkins (vocalist of TesseracT and Skyharbor). There's some modern metal and EDM elements strewn here and there too that add some additional dimension to the usual 80's pop aesthetic.
