Something is in my big toe. I dug at it for two f*cking hours and nothing. No splinters. No glass. Nothing. I don't understand and it hurts. I rub my finger over it and I can feel it. There is something there. I have had magnifying glass search parties, epsom salt baths, and my toe looks like a diamond mine in Sierra Leone. I don't understand at all.
