In any list of outros, The Boxer by Simon & Garfunkel deserves a mention. If by some remote chance you haven't heard it, you should do yourself that favour before reading any furthur.
Most people know it so well, it doesn't need a link. Either you have been blown away by the lie-la-lie crescendo, or, like critic Ian MacDonald, you think it's "needlessly inflated and protracted."

Here's a couple of other outros which may not be the best, but imo they have one thing in common - they are the best bit of the song they're attached to:-
