Boston cream pie would be a disaster in the mail. I feel like pecan pie would be sturdiest. Oh my god once I had this bourbon chocolate (the chocolate was pretty subtle) pecan pie at the antique mall tea room near me and it nearly killed me it was so good. I should try and recreate it.
