i use cables on my door sometimes and then i have a kettle bell that i use but i stopped with the kettle bell because it was hurting my back. i might go back to doing that if i get motivated to. i live above a gym though, so i can always go downstairs and walk or run. i was walking for a bit but then i just stopped.

another workout that i do is just playing basketball for about 30 mins. by myself and just shoot some shots and go get the ball. doing that for 30 mins can get some sweat going too.
