Just go see this knowing as little as possible about it and let the movie wash over you. It's weird, but it's a Darren Aronofski movie so you know that going in. All the performances are wonderful, with the exception of Jennifer Lawrence who really doesn't do anything you haven't already seen in any of her other movies, and I think her presence is a part of why this movie is getting panned by audience reviews. Agreed. I'm on the fence honestly. Don't know what to f
ucking believe. It's a tough film, for sure. Anyone expecting a Black Swan, or a Wrestler needs to think twice. It's more in line with The Fountain. And everyone knows how
great that one is.
