Cos she hardly ****ing killed anyone did she? Cops let people off with this all the time. And as the article said, the ratio of women's to men's public restrooms there is totally out of whack. What the **** harm does it do? It's not as if she's going to become a serial pisser is it? She got caught short once, probably embarrassed the hell out of her, and they have to made a federal case of it? Aren't their courts busy enough that they have to deal with (pun not intended) **** like this? Bollox.
