I got this senile lady once while in nesting and I just got remote access on her computer but she kept rambling about **** and couldn't tell me what's wrong. My supervisor came to tell me I was taking too long so I randomly gave her the closing dialog. "Is there anything else I can do for you?" and she went with it and thanked me like I actually did something. It was hilarious. Me and the my supervisor both started laughing our asses off.
