They like smiley faces though. And when you ask about their day. I assume you won't deal with grumpy *******s that belittle you through out the call so just cheerful banter always helps. And if you find files that say "Hot Teen Porn" in their download history and they say, "oh my god is that child porn" just say "well, that depends on the age sir" and offer to delete it for them.
