Yeah it is I guess what you'd call temperate. We seldom get any sort of real heat - an unseasonably warm day in Summer would be maybe 25 degrees C - and you can almost be guaranteed of rain, but if you hate heat and humidity then this is the place to be. Cost of living is high though, and rents are ridiculous, so I'm told, though I'm a council tenant and technically unemployed so mine is very low.
