Enslaved E (2017)
As with every Enslaved album since 2003's
Below the Lights, I both know what to expect and am I always surprised.
E continues their descent into prog with tinges of black metal. The songs are all long, epic, and memorable, especially the last one, which features the most use of clean vocals from any of their songs. I think this is my favourite album since their 2010 opus
Axioma Ethica Odini.
