I managed to run through the winter last year, and I really think it had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Usually the winter months were completely stagnant for me in terms of being active.

havent kept up the daily run, have been doing some push ups though, 78 days in a row for that.
my goal is to finally get started into a habit of running just a mile a day at first. and then go on to 2 miles or 3.
