My only christmas song link will be this little gem from an old Danish film. It's just about the most Danish christmas feeling thing you can find and it evokes all manner of warm feelings of nostalgia in me. Note that it is dark in the video clip. Danish tradition is to do the whole christmas tree song and dance and the presents and the big dinner and everything at the evening of the 24th. It was always very special as a kid, getting to stay up late on that evening - the darkness, the candles, the presents, food, candy, music, song and dance around the tree... Best ****ing day of the year when you're 5-10 years old.
