MKV is just a codec. We're talking about the software that burns movies [possibly encoded in that format] to a DVD. Freemake Video Converter gives you the option to add an audio track, but I'm not sure if it will override the original or give you access to both. I've never tried it. You can add subtitles, but if you want to be able to turn them on/off at will, you need to buy an upgrade pack.
