Default nova scotia farewell

Hi. Don't know if you can help me or not, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. I am trying to find a certain recording of the song "Farewell to Nova Scotia", and thought that perhaps someone there could point me towards who might have done it. I received a copy of it on cassette when I was young, given to me by my music teacher at the time. It's a very nice recording, by a male singer, prefaced by a narrator speaking about the song, and the feelings expressed in it. He talks of the feeling between a man and his country "whether it be the peaks of the rocky mountains, or the coast of Nova Scotia", and how "often a singer will express these feelings in a song" (these quotes may not be exact but they are very close).
