How about a kangaroo pouch for a dog. Just the other day I saw in the corner of my eye a dogs head sticking out what I thought was the person's stomach and in that split second I immediately thought of The Thing or Alien. Like if an animal was emerging from that person stomach. I got scared, like that crazy **** in the movies can really happen, it was such a WTF moment for me. Then I turned around and it turned out to be just a pooch in a pouch. That really happened.
