The cop had "You're f*cked" etched on the side of his Arizona issued AR15 at the time of the murder.

There were 5 heavily armed, armor wearing Mesa police officers in that hallway up against a man and a woman who didn't appear to be armed at all.

The man continually tried to comply to the cop's demands (he was drunk at the time) who almost seemed to be toying with him. Lie down! Hands up! Hands behind your head! Move forward! Don't talk just comply!

Why couldn't 4 of the cops keep guns trained while one cop moved forward and handcuffed the dude?

Murder plain and simple. The status quo for cop training has to change. But it won't.

Oh, and the judge agreed with the defense and would not allow the jury to hear or see anything about the etched "You're f*cked" on the killer's assault style weapon.

Inadmissible. Why?????

Disgusting in every way.
