god damn grindy wasn't playing around when he said she was good. i wasn't sure about it but it keeps growing on me up to the point i've probably listened to it 4 times now since last night.
a lot of the time political hip hop like this can become very tedious quickly, but the stellar production and impressive lyricism she displays makes this whole project engrossing and enjoyable.
certain elements of the production remind me of el-p as well, so i mean it doesn't get much better than that. ****in' listen to this ****.
