I know nothing about medical issues, but based on what MLM said above, I think the following two facts are at least interesting:
1) I have never experienced a cramp in my entire life. I don't even know what it feels like.
2) I drink lots and lots of water, and always have. There is always a huge mug of water near me and I often drink from it and refill it several times a day.
Don't want to just assume there's a connection, but there might be, perhaps.
