The death penalty is not one individual's decision, it's based on several people's decisions following a due process. Comparing that to murder is stupid unless you can link up the due process of murder.

You don't choose your gender or sexual orientation, but you can choose to be prejudiced against them. False equivalency out the ass. The whole argument is just a wishy washy way to dismiss stances that you don't agree with.
