I don't know: 2017 was the worst year for me yet. Hard to pick out anything good. It was a case of death, crisis, emergency, death, crisis, emergency... I'll be more glad to see the back of it than any year I can remember. **** 2017, **** it right up the arse!

Just about thirty seconds. I do it when I have hiccups. Always works but I'm bursting by the time I get to 28, 29...
