Yup, and they shouldn't be, either. Can banks charge LGBT folks higher interest rates or refuse their money? Can car insurance companies charge higher premiums or offer no service? Some of these things are essential, not just baked goods.

It's pretty damn black and white. You need secular laws to govern businesses because otherwise you open the door to discrimination. Not ****ing rocket science.
