I've always had a ****ed up sleep cycle, and with having to get up at 4am for work every morning and a refusal to go to bed before midnight I have been sleep deprived for much of the last three years.
Except that I've now found a joy in going to bed around 8 or 9pm and getting a solid 8 hours of sleep every night. I feel so well rested these days that's it's disgusting.
Eat a dick, insomniacs.
