And I would also argue for Elvis Presley. Even though his lyrics were ghost written just look at the following he has. He even re-released a song recently and it topped the charts. Not many artists would be able to do that-not even John Lennon. He re-released Imagine, arguably one of his best songs, and it didn't make number one. And the song Elvis released wasn't even one of his better ones.
