It happened again, but this time it was the little **** neighbor kids. I pounded on their door fuming, and asked who hit my car. They were cooperative and apologetic, and told me they had a party that night and one of their friends may have been the culprit. If they aren't going to find out who did it or can't/won't then why don't your neighbours pick up the tab and stop inviting wankers round? You shouldn't be out of pocket or have to put up with damage on your vehicle that isn't your fault.
I would probably leave it as it's not worth going on about it if it's only minor damage but I'm with Elph I would be very annoyed. I'd be annoyed if I was the neighbour actually because it's me that looks bad if my guests do that, I'd want to find out who did it for that.
