The only one I remember noticing on my own is in the Jeremy Irons version of Lolita. He shoots Frank Capra. Blood all over. Different angle. Now little to no blood. Then a third angle, a long stream of blood down Capra's shirt and face. It's even super obvious and right in center frame.
